Hi, my name is Tina.  I’ve always been naturally active and slim.  That is until I had my kids.  Two kids, two C-Sections.  I joined Tae Kwon Do to get in shape.  I loved it and got my black belt  but I found that TKD on it’s own wasn’t enough.  So I joined a gym and worked out 5 days a week, with TKD twice a week.

I got in great shape.  This was about 10 years ago.  I was in the best shape of my life.  I had always been slim, but I used to just look skinny, after my TKD and gym days, I looked toned.  I actually had people calling me a hard body!  Wow, that was neat.

Than I went through a very rough period.  I got divorced, lost my business and gained back 20 pounds.  Now, I’m back in the gym and I’ve just joined a kickboxing class with an old friend from my TKD days.  So far I’ve lost 11 pounds!

I know I can reach my goal and be back looking like a hard body in a few months.  I’ve done it once, I can do it again.  Oh and by the way, I’m 47!   Wish me luck!
